Payment and Cancellation Policy

For reservations, a deposit of the full amount is required, and would be charged to your credit card.
Please note: there is a 25% charge which is non refundable for any cancellation with 24 hours of booking.

Within 48 hours, your package is non-refundable but changeable depending on availability.
Because we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation or change policies for any reason, including family and medical emergencies, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

If WE cancel a cruise for any reason, a refund will be processed OR; YOU may use your reservation on any of our cruises similar to the one you purchased within one year from date of purchase. Refunds are made by checks mailed to the customer’s home address within 14 days of cancellation. or a refund on your credit card, where the customer will be require to sign a new charge of 25% for cancellation fee, then the full amount previously charged for the reservation will be refunded.
This policy constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter of this Agreement.

This Policy is effective and binding as of June 2nd 2006.
